How to give your gift We'll email the gift card to the address you provide, and you'll get a copy, too. You can forward it or print it out and give it in person. The recipient redeems the card by entering its code at checkout. If there's a balance left, we'll email a new code to the email address they used for that order. We'll send it to the recipient's email address as soon as your payment goes through. You'll get a copy of the email, too.
Can I give them the card myself?
Yes. Enter your own email address in the recipient's email field. You can then forward the email or print it out to give in person.
How long is the gift code valid?
Five years from the date of purchase. The expiration date is shown on the card.
Can they choose any photograph?
Yes. The code works on any canvas print in the 2Dive English shop, so they can choose whichever photograph they love.
What if their order costs less than the gift card?
They keep the rest. We'll email a new code for the remaining balance to the email address they used for that order. Anyone who enters the new code at checkout can use the balance. The new code expires on the original gift card's expiration date.
What if they want a larger canvas or more than one print?
The gift code takes the card's value off their order at checkout. If the order costs more than the card, they just pay the difference.
How long will their canvas take to arrive?
Once they place their order, we'll print their canvas to order in the USA in about 3 business days. Delivery then takes about 2 to 5 business days in the US or 10 to 30 business days elsewhere. Shipping is free to the US, Canada and Australia. For other countries, shipping costs are shown at checkout. We ship only to the countries available at checkout.
